Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking a Tech Director to lead deployment, reliability and scalability of baseball technologies across MLB, MiLB, NCAA and international venues.

You will own deployments from software releases to hardware roll-outs and drive automation, platform stability and service management at scale. Lead TechOps teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders to enable fast, reliable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in technical operations, DevOps, platform engineering or similar roles.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record deploying and operating large-scale distributed systems or broadcast technologies.
• Expertise in incident management, release management, automation tooling and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software and hardware deployment process for new installations and upgrades.
• Define acceptance criteria and manage factory acceptance, lab testing and field commissioning.
• Ensure roll-outs meet reliability, latency and data-quality targets across all leagues and countries.
