Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd. in Atlanta, GA seeks an Operations Director – Baseball to oversee live service delivery across MLB, MiLB, NCAA and international venues. You will align Hawk-Eye and KinaTrax operations, lead staffing, logistics and continuous improvement to ensure games and labs run smoothly.

You will report to the Head of Baseball and drive SOPs, staffing models and cost control while coordinating with TechOps and other teams to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years’ experience managing large‑scale operations or service delivery in sports tech or broadcast environments.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and build SOPs.
• Strong financial management and vendor contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Define operational strategy, budgets and goals for live game services and labs.
• Lead Implementation and Live Operations teams, unify procedures and quality standards.
• Establish SOPs for installations, event logistics, equipment handling and remote support.
