Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required; Spanish a plus.
• Experience in high-performance sports is a plus.
• Microsoft Office skills; SQL or Python a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Glendale, AZ Jan–Oct, full-time.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement technologies including Hawk-Eye, Trackman, and motion capture.
• Support daily practice with on-field coaching.
• Track player progress toward goals and note trends.
• Assist in the Performance Science Lab with tech-based coaching.
• Foster a positive environment for player development.
