Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the game-day experience for players and coaches. The role builds relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered. You will observe, assess, and assist coaches across all groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities include empowering volunteer coaches, teaching core sportsmanship values, supervising game-day operations, and delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings for the full season.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
