Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the youth sports experience. You will build relationships with players, parents, and volunteer coaches while ensuring quality instruction and safe, engaging practices and games.

You will observe, assess, and assist coaches, lead practices, supervise game day operations, and promote sportsmanship and customer service. Weekend work is required for the season; dates run Oct 25–Dec 6, Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun, July–Sept.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work on weekends (seasonal).
• Season Dates: Oct 25-Dec 6, Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July-Sept.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all groups and skill levels.
