The i9 Sports Sports Coordinator will enhance the experience for players and coaches across our Hawaii program. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered and observed.

The role involves hands-on involvement with practices and games across all groups and skill levels. You will empower volunteer coaches to run practice sessions, model sportsmanship, and supervise game-day operations, while delivering superior customer service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work on weekends (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks).
• Season Dates: Oct 25-Dec 6, Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July-Sept.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches.
