Job summary

i9 Sports Honolulu seeks a part-time Sports Coordinator to enhance the player and coach experience. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered.

You will observe, assess, and assist our coaches in practices and games across all groups and skill levels. You will empower volunteers, model sportsmanship, supervise game-day operations, and maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for players, parents, and coaches.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge across youth programs.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of independent problem solving.
• Awareness and ability to manage safety concerns and respond to incidents.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends for the full season (approx. 7 weeks) and adhere to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices with fundamentals, skill development, and fun.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities
