Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. is seeking a Seating Bowl Host for the Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, NC.

This role monitors and ushers an assigned section during home games and events, helps guests find their seats, answers questions, and contributes to an energetic ballpark experience. You will work outdoors, including nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for long periods and assisting guests with directions, accessibility, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, positive, friendly, and helpful approach to guest service.
• Ability to remain professional and composed while working with large crowds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and usher guests within an assigned seating section.

• Encourage section participation and cheering during games.
