Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic After-School Baseball Instructors to lead baseball enrichment programs for elementary students in Baltimore City, MD. This part-time, after-school role runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with 1.5-hour sessions.

Curriculum and equipment are provided; no lesson planning is required. Ideal candidates include coaches, former players, teachers, or anyone passionate about helping kids develop baseball fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and

• Experience coaching or teaching children is preferred.
• Must complete the required background check and fingerprinting process.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Baltimore City.
• Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and ability to teach basic skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging baseball sessions for elementary students.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities.
• Teach throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students.

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and dependable After-School Baseball Instructors to lead fun, engaging baseball enrichment programs for elementary-aged students at schools throughout Baltimore City.

• Part-time, after-school position
• Monday through Friday
• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
• 1.5-hour sessions
• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)

• Must successfully complete the required Baltimore City Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
