Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is seeking enthusiastic After-School Sports Coaches to lead engaging Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football programs for elementary students in Baltimore, MD. Part-time, after-school hours with 1.5-hour sessions and a fixed rate per session.

Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping children develop confidence, teamwork, and athletic skills in a positive learning environment. Curriculum and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching sports is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Comfortable working with students in grades K-5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Baltimore County.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Must successfully complete the Baltimore County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging after-school sports sessions for elementary students.
• Teach age-appropriate fundamentals and skills.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior.
• Follow BBA Afterschool's structured curriculum and activities.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic After-School Sports Coaches to lead fun and engaging Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football programs for elementary-aged students in Baltimore, MD.

This is a great opportunity for experienced coaches, former athletes, teachers, youth sports instructors, college students, or anyone who enjoys working with children and helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and athletic skills.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position
• Monday through Friday
• Afternoon after-school hours
• 1.5-hour sessions
• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)
• No weekends
• No lesson planning required
• Curriculum and equipment provided
• In-person position in Baltimore

Sports Offered

Coaches may lead one or more of the following programs:

• Soccer
• Basketball
• Flag Football

Experience in multiple sports is a plus, but you do not need to be an expert in all three.
