Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. in the Baltimore area is seeking energetic After-School Sports Coaches to lead Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football for elementary students after school.

These part-time roles run Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with 1.5-hour sessions. Curriculum and equipment are provided, no lesson planning required, and no weekends. You'll gain hands-on coaching experience and help students stay active and engaged.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching Basketball, Soccer, or Flag Football is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K through 5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout the Baltimore area.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Must successfully complete required school district background check and fingerprinting process.

Responsibilities

• Coach elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.

• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Sports Coaches to coach elementary-aged students in fun, structured sports programming throughout the Baltimore area.

We are currently hiring coaches for Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football programs.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position

• Monday through Friday

• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• 1.5-hour sessions

• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)

• No weekends

• No lesson planning required

• Curriculum and equipment provided
