Somerset Patriots are seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Intern for the 2027 season with HomePlate Catering in Bridgewater, NJ. Intern will rotate through game-day positions, assist in concessions and catering, and support inventory and cost analysis.

Weekly hours range 25–40, including nights, weekends and holidays. Compensation is $16.48/hour with potential for college credit and future promotions.

Qualifications

• Internship requires college student or recent graduate interested in hospitality management.
• Ability to assist in concessions and catering operations while adhering to safety standards.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as game days require.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing concessions and catering areas under supervision.
• Receive and distribute product orders and monitor daily sales reports.
• Support inventory, labor coordination and cost analysis during game days.
