Job summary

EAG-LED is hosting baseball events in the Houston area and seeks energetic Event Staff and Tournament Directors to help deliver a first‑class experience for players, coaches, and families. You’ll support operations, assist with setup, and ensure events run on schedule in an outdoor, fast‑paced team environment.

Training is provided, and roles may include opportunities to work at additional locations throughout the year as needed.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends (typically a few weekends each month).
• Previous baseball or sports experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

As one of the world’s largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We’re seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first‑class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
