Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Prior experience playing college baseball is preferred.
• Prior experience coaching college baseball is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in all practices and games during the 2026-2027 academic year.
• Assist with opponent scouting before and during the season.
• Operate Rapsodo, AWRE, and Hit Trax systems as needed.
• Apply collected data to the development of all players.
• Create reports and improvement plans for players as needed throughout the season.
• Assist with all aspects of offensive/defensive strategies during practice sessions.
• Must be able to hit a fungo and throw quality BP.
