Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate area preferred.
• Experience playing or coaching the sport at college level preferred.
• Experience supervising young adults and managing programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in executing practices and meets.
• Coach student-athletes during practices, meets, and scrimmages.
• Help recruit student-athletes and ensure NCAA/NESCAC compliance.
• Develop strategies to motivate student-athletes and track eligibility data.
• Coordinate travel and schedule logistics with staff and administration.
• Assist with fundraising and social media accounts for the program.
