Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization preferred.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in running a competitive NCAA division III softball program.
• Provide leadership and instruction in development of student‑athletes.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and assist with fiscal management and travel planning.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA/NESCAC guidelines and college policies.
• Support department operations and perform secondary duties as needed.
