Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail sales experience and basic computer applications knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and evaluating customer satisfaction.

• Strong organizational and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers’ questions about merchandise and assist with merchandise selection.
• Operate a cash register and process payments (cash or card).
• Safeguard store assets, inventory, and cash.
• Stock shelves, racks, and bins with merchandise and perform inventory checks.
• Label products and set up marketing materials to enhance presentation and sales.
• Assist customers with transporting large purchases to their vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
