Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to lead Base Line Pilots, coordinate duty schedules, and oversee flight planning and resources for mission support at the base.

The role requires 2000 hours total time, 1500 helicopter hours with 1000 hours PIC, plus rotorcraft certificates. The company offers competitive pay, a $15K sign-on bonus, 7/7 shifts, and base housing at all locations.

Qualifications

• Requires 2000 hours total flight time.
• 1500 hours helicopter time; 1000 hours helicopter PIC.
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate and Instrument Rating required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots.
• Coordinates pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Manages flight planning activities and resources for base missions.
• Conducts new-hire base orientations.
• Coordinates aviation activities for PR events and base operations.
• Reviews and submits monthly flight/duty logs in time.
