Job summary

Global Crossing Airlines seeks a Supervisor of Base Maintenance to manage installation, repair and upkeep of facilities. You will plan repairs, supervise maintenance teams and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety standards.

The role requires Airbus maintenance experience, leadership abilities, and strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on efficient line operations and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Airbus maintenance experience.
• Airbus TSM and electrical systems knowledge.
• Current Airframe and Powerplant Certification.
• Previous supervisor experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance processes and operations.
• Plan manpower schedules to assure flight line coverage.
• Maintain machinery to ensure working standards.
• Track and reinforce maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities.
• Plan and manage all work orders and aircraft activities.
• Ensure safety policies compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintenance planning.
• Oversee stock and place orders for supplies.
