Polynesian Adventure Tours seeks a Base Dispatcher to join our Maui operations team. This full-time role coordinates driver schedules, communicates with on-site staff, and helps ensure smooth guest and crew experiences while based primarily in the office with occasional on-site duties.

Ideal candidates are local Maui residents with a high school diploma, at least 1 year in customer service or dispatch, and comfort using computers and office systems.

About the Role

As a Base Dispatcher, you will support the daily flow of operations by coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and on-site teams, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests and our crew. This is a full-time position based primarily in the office, with occasional on-site work when needed. You'll gain a strong understanding of how operations run from the inside and become a key part of our company's success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Must be a local Maui resident
