Job summary

ASRC Federal Netcentric Technology, LLC seeks a Construction Project Manager to support the KEOS contract at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. This role manages complete project delivery from requirements through design and construction.

Responsibilities include cradle-to-grave management, ROM estimates, and coordination with in-house engineers and A/E teams. A bachelor’s in a related field and DoD clearance are preferred. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, etc).
• Minimum of three years' experience in project management.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with customers and coworkers.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform cradle-to-grave project management and execution for repair/construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Oversee design-build and multi-discipline facility projects across Kirtland AFB.
• Develop ROM estimates and support risk assessments for prioritization.
• Coordinate internal charrettes and support A/E design efforts.
