Job summary

Lee Mechanical is seeking a BAS / Temperature Controls Electrician to install and support building automation and temperature-control systems on major commercial and industrial projects in Southeast Wisconsin. This is a hands-on field role for an electrician who understands BAS and HVAC controls beyond traditional electrical installation.

The role requires 2+ years of electrical experience, knowledge of BAS/temperature controls, and the ability to read electrical/control drawings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years electrical experience.
• Working knowledge of BAS/temperature controls.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and sequences of operation.
• Ability to interpret electrical/control drawings.
• OSHA 10 minimum.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Install BAS and temperature-control systems.
• Install conduit, control cabling and field devices.
• Install controllers, control panels and associated equipment.
• Complete cable terminations.
• Wire equipment up to 120VAC.
• Read blueprints, control schematics and wiring drawings.
• Interpret project scopes and installation requirements.
• Support system troubleshooting and startup activities.
• Follow LOTO, arc-flash and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with project and field teams.
• Maintain safe, organized jobsites.

Role Summary
