ControlsJobs in Green Bay, WI is seeking a BAS Controls Technician to install, start up, and service DDC/BAS systems for commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial facilities throughout the Greater Green Bay area.

You will work on configuring BAS/DDC controls, performing commissioning, and troubleshooting controllers, sensors, and networks. Strong wiring diagram literacy and knowledge of major platforms are preferred; local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as BAS Controls Technician, Controls Installer, or HVAC Controls Specialist.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and control fundamentals.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and control prints.
• Familiarity with Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Distech, or Honeywell.
• Comfortable with construction, retrofit, and service projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

A well-established Building Automation and HVAC Controls provider is seeking a skilledBAS Controls Technician to support commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial facilities throughout the Greater Green Bay region.This position offers hands-on work with DDC/BAS systems, field commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

• Location: Green Bay, WI (local travel required)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Hourly Rate: $38.00 – $55.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

This position focuses on the installation, startup, and servicing of Direct Digital Control (DDC)and Building Automation Systems used for HVAC, energy management, and building performance.You’ll work closely with mechanical teams, electricians, and facility operators to ensure systems run efficientlyand meet project specifications.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Distech, or Honeywell is a plus
• Comfortable working on construction, retrofit, and service projects
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in team environments
