Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a BAS Systems Specialist in Worcester, MA to support installation, programming, commissioning, and service of commercial building automation systems across the Central Massachusetts region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BAS/DDC systems, controls integration, and troubleshooting complex HVAC systems in commercial environments.

Qualifications

3+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC controls experience.
Hands-on BAS/DDC and controls integration experience.
Strong troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems.
Ability to read mechanical/electrical/controls drawings.

Responsibilities

Program, troubleshoot, commission, and service BAS and HVAC control systems.
Support BAS/DDC integrations with HVAC equipment, lighting, and energy management.
Perform point-to-point checkout, startup, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
Interpret drawings and sequences of operation; configure networks.
Configure BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based control networks.
Support retrofit, upgrades, and new construction projects.
Provide field service and technical support to customers.
Assist with graphics, alarms, trending, and front-end BAS configuration.
Document service activity and project updates; maintain customer relationships.
