Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma; Associates preferred.
• At least 5 years in Mechanical Systems or Facilities Management.
• 2+ years writing software for Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Strong customer service and communication skills; proficient with PC apps.

Responsibilities

• Performs verification of the system database and programming, ensuring consistency with the scope of work and engineered sequence of operations.
• Configures building infrastructure networks for integrating smart building technologies.
• Supports troubleshooting and resolution of inconsistencies in functions or sequences of operations.
• Performs setup and configuration of network devices, workstations and user interfaces.
• Commissions proper network performance.
• Conducts operational testing, verification, and acceptance with reports review.
• Coordinates final inspection and testing with 3rd party commissioning authorities.
• Ensures customer acceptance and participates in customer training on system operations.
• Prepares and submits written reports; provides field modifications and control system documents for as-built drawings.
