Job summary

Kelso Building Services is seeking a BAS Support Specialist to join our Building Technologies team. This on-site role provides operational support, troubleshooting, service coordination, and administrative management for BAS platforms.

The ideal candidate has HVAC/controls experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where technology and customer service intersect. On-site facility location with flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of HVAC, controls, facilities maintenance, technical support, or related experience.
• Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to building automation and controls systems.
• Assist customers with system navigation, operational questions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide timely updates regarding open issues, service requests, and support activities.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all communications.
