You will establish objectives, monitor performance, resolve complex challenges, and support growth with customers and stakeholders. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication to manage budgets, schedules, and technology integration while ensuring cybersecurity and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading BAS, mechanical systems, or related projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and success metrics for BAS initiatives and projects.
• Align Engineering, Operations, IT, and Facilities teams toward common goals and successful outcomes.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure project success.
• Lead design reviews, commissioning reviews, and project status meetings.
• Resolve technical and operational issues across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure cybersecurity, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Utilize BAS expertise to support system performance, integration, and optimization efforts.
• Provide leadership in project management, risk management, and cross-functional coordination activities.
• Support commissioning, startup, quality assurance, and change management initiatives.
• Foster team development through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.
