Job summary

Air Comfort LLC, a leading HVAC contractor since 1935, seeks a BAS General Manager to oversee Applied Controls operations in the Chicagoland area.

You'll drive customer satisfaction, ensure safety and quality, manage KPIs, and lead sales and operational initiatives to grow the building automation business with Johnson Controls, Honeywell, and ABB systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of BAS sales experience.
• Outgoing personality; excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, results driven mentality.
• Technology proficient and team oriented.
• Ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• P&L ownership and overall business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment with 100% compliance on all company and industry standards.
• Provide strong customer communication, satisfaction and conflict resolution.
• Meet with key customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction with provided services.
• Work collaboratively with leadership partners to leverage the overall company scale.
• Responsible for financial performance and technician utilization.
• Help develop and support sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for Applied Controls and employees.
• Train, develop and advise team members and management as necessary.
• Involve of billing oversight and collection efforts.
