Job summary

Siemens is hiring a Building Automation Solutions Developer in a hybrid role. You will assist with scope development for proposals, develop scopes of work, and influence product selection for BAS projects, including HVAC controls.

You will coordinate with estimators and the local operations team to ensure accurate cost reviews and schedules. You will interpret customer requirements from drawings and meetings, propose cost-saving alternatives, and participate in on-site or remote customer visits,

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Experience supporting Building Automation Systems (HVAC) in sales, estimating, or design engineering.

Responsibilities

Assist sales with scope development for Siemens proposals.
Develop scope of work and influence product selection for BAS projects.
Coordinate estimating efforts with the local operations team and provide cost reviews input.
Interpret customer requirements from drawings and specifications to suggest cost-saving alternatives.
Participate in customer site visits, align with the operations center structure for estimates.
