Yates Company, LLC is seeking a BAS Project Engineer II/III to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on control system hardware, programming, and end-user graphic development for building automation projects.

Responsibilities include submittal design, BOM creation, equipment parameter setup, and third‑party integration, with collaboration across internal teams, customers, and consultants. Salary is $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 3–6 years relevant BAS industry experience.
• Knowledge of Carrier i-Vu or Automated Logic (ALC) products is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineering submittals, programming, and graphics for BAS projects.
• Prepare bills of materials and reports for project tracking.
• Set equipment parameters and develop interface graphics.
• Create floorplan graphics and third‑party integrations as needed.
• Complete engineering checklists and cost estimates per design.
• Provide project support and remote assistance as required.
