Responsibilities

• Design and program DDC/BAS control systems for HVAC and energy management
• Create sequences of operation, wiring diagrams, and project documentation
• Review vendor submittals and verify BOMs
• Prepare installation packages and as-built drawings
• Support commissioning, graphics, and end-user training
• Provide technical direction to staff, subcontractors, and clients
• Manage multiple projects to meet timelines and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Design and program DDC/BAS control systems for HVAC and energy management applications
• Create and refine sequences of operation, wiring diagrams, and project documentation
• Review vendor submittals and verify engineered bills of material
• Prepare installation packages, submittal sets, and as-built drawings
• Support commissioning, graphics development, and end-user training
• Provide technical direction to internal staff, subcontractors, and clients
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and ensure timelines and quality standards are met
