Responsibilities

• Track and oversee project milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Support the Project Management team with daily coordination and scheduling.
• Prepare and process RFIs and Change Orders.
• Interpret and review contract drawings, plans, and project documentation.
• Maintain submittal documentation and ensure updates are recorded.
• Communicate regularly with clients and project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist with installation planning and the technical execution of BAS projects.

About the Opportunity:

A well-established mechanical and automation contractor in the Greater Los Angeles area is seeking aBAS Project Engineer to support its expanding operations. This position is ideal for candidates withhands-on Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience—especially those who have worked beyond basic VAV commissioning.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys contributing to project execution, and is eagerto support cutting-edge automation and controls work across a wide range of vertical markets.

Position:

• Location: San Dimas, CA (Project-based travel throughout the LA metro)
• Status: Full-Time | On-Site | Union (Local 105)
