Job summary

E Solutions, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a BAS installation supervisor to lead technicians and subcontractors on assigned projects. You will organize daily work, install BAS components, and coordinate with project managers and trades to ensure on-time milestones.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of BAS/HVAC controls installation, Niagra/N4 experience, OSHA 10, and strong leadership and communication skills for field teams. Travel across Central Indiana is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 3–5 years of BAS/HVAC controls installation experience.
• Proven ability to lead installation crews for field projects.
• Experience with Niagara and Honeywell N4 platforms and systems.
• OTDQ: OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of BAS installation technicians and subcontractors.
• Plan and organize daily work to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Install BAS components including controllers, sensors, actuators, and control panels.
• Read and interpret control drawings, electrical schematics, and project specs.
• Coordinate with PMs, electricians, HVAC installers, and other trades.
• Perform point-to-point verification, equipment checkout, and assist with startup.
