Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Building Automation/HVAC Controls Technician in the Dallas area to troubleshoot, service, and optimize building automation systems across multiple facilities. You’ll work on AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers and RTUs, diagnosing network issues and wiring problems, with Niagara N4 experience a plus.

The role is on-site, permanent, with salary between $75,000 and $105,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of field BAS/HVAC Controls experience.
• Experience with major BAS platforms (e.g., JCI, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Distech, Siemens, Automated Logic).
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service and maintain building automation systems.
• Commission and tune controls on AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers and RTUs.
• Diagnose BACnet IP, Modbus and LonWorks network issues.
• Assist Niagara N4 commissioning, programming and graphics.
