Job summary

Open Source Controls is seeking a BAS HVAC Controls Programmer to design, develop, and implement advanced integration solutions for building control systems, focusing on Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, and Johnson Controls. You will work with clients to understand project objectives and deliver scalable, energy-saving solutions.

You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize systems, create thorough documentation, and provide training to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Expertise in integrating Niagara, Honeywell, Distech and Johnson Controls building systems.
Proficiency in programming languages and control system software.
Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
Project management experience or certification preferred.
Niagara/Honeywell/Distech/Johnson Controls certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement system integration for building controls (Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, Johnson Controls).
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements.
Configure and customize control systems to project needs.
