Job summary

Jobot, a leading provider of building automation solutions, seeks a seasoned BAS/BMS programmer in California to design and optimize control algorithms for commercial HVAC systems. You will manage databases, integrate BAS platforms, and lead project start-ups while delivering training and documentation to end users.

Responsibilities include inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation hardware and software, ensuring reliable operation across multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BAS/BMS experience in commercial HVAC controls.
• Experience with at least one major BAS platform.
• Proficiency with Tridium Niagara N4.
• Nice to have: BS in related field.
• Nice to have: Niagara N4 certification.
• Nice to have: BACnet/LonWorks/Modbus experience.

This role is for a programmer responsible for creating control algorithms, managing system databases, integrating multiple systems, executing project start‑ups, and providing training and documentation for end users.
