Honeywell Multisite is seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems Programmer to support programming and remote commissioning of Tridium Niagara-based Energy Management Systems for major national account customers across North America. This hybrid role involves developing BAS applications, programming from drawings and sequences, and providing startup support with contractors and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing and supporting HVAC, BAS, or EMS.
• 3+ years programming and commissioning Tridium Niagara-based BAS.
• 5+ years Niagara N4 platform development, integration, and configuration or completion of Niagara N4 certification/training.
• Proven ability to interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation.
• Experience commissioning HVAC control systems in commercial or industrial environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and configure BAS applications using Tridium Niagara N4 and related platforms.
• Program systems from control drawings, sequences of operation, specifications, and field reports.
• Perform remote commissioning and startup support with on-site contractors and technicians.
• Troubleshoot programming, integration, and HVAC controls issues.
• Create commissioning, testing, and QA documentation.
• Support Project Managers with project status updates and technical issue resolution.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for sales, installation, and service teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
