Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is looking for a BAS System Specialist in Clifton, NJ. The successful candidate will provide controls database support and ensure the successful commissioning of projects. A two-year technical degree and knowledge of HVAC systems are preferred.

As a BAS System Specialist, you'll work independently with minimal supervision, handling troubleshooting and installation issues on-site. Expertise in building control systems such as Tridium and Honeywell Spyder will be advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Technical degree in HVAC or Electronics preferred.
• Experience with building controls and systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide controls database, graphics, programming for sequences.
• Ensure accurate controls start-up and commissioning.
• Debug installation issues during start up and commissioning.

Skills

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of computer operating systems including MS Office Suite

Knowledge in Tridium, Honeywell Spyder, Alerton, and Distech

Education

Two year technical degree in HVAC or Electronics

Undergraduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical studies
