Qualifications
- Experience designing or engineering commercial Building Automation or HVAC Controls systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, DDC controls and control strategies.
- Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and networked control systems.
Responsibilities
- Design BAS/DDC systems for commercial HVAC applications.
- Develop control sequences, point lists, network architecture, and drawings.
- Engineer control solutions for AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
- Generate submittals, panel layouts, and project documentation.
- Review mechanical plans to ensure accurate system design.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations and field teams.
- Support system integrations using BACnet, Modbus and other open protocols.
