Jobot is seeking a BAS Controls Technician in Northwest Arkansas to install, program, commission, and service BAS/DDC systems on commercial projects. You will work directly with customers, project teams, and field technicians to deliver high-quality control solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of BAS/HVAC controls experience, familiarity with Niagara/N4 or Distech, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years with BAS/HVAC controls in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience with BAS platforms such as Tridium Niagara or Distech.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and commission BAS/DDC systems for new or retrofit projects.
• Troubleshoot and service control systems at customer sites.
• Verify system performance and ensure sequences meet specs.
• Develop control programs, databases, and graphics; document commissioning.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to support projects.
• Provide technical support and training for end users; mentor juniors.
