The role includes on-site and occasional travel, troubleshooting, maintenance, and guidance to junior technicians. Competitive pay at $33–$40/hr with potential profit sharing and a sign-on bonus up to $3,500.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years field operations experience or 3–5 years start-up/service experience in temperature control systems.
• Associates degree in computer/electronic tech or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with HVAC control systems and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess control systems for wear, damage and degradation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and software updates.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement fixes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and guide system users.
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge with team.
