Mechanical Contractors Inc seeks a BAS Controls Technician to install, program, and service digital control systems in Charlotte, NC. The role reports to the SIG manager within IBS and requires coordination with electrical sub-contractors to ensure project success.

Essential duties include commissioning, documentation, and providing technical support at customer sites. A background in BAS, HVAC, and programming is essential for success in this fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• BS degree in engineering technology or equivalent diploma/certificate in BAS or 5 years BAS experience.
• Background in electronics, computer programming, or mechanical tech is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and service BAS projects to meet specs.
• Document installations for as-built drawings and sequence verification.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide customer training.
