Job summary

A leading HVAC solutions provider in Charlotte, NC, seeks a BAS Controls Technician to install, program, and maintain building automation systems. This full-time position requires a BS degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience in BAS systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Tridium programming, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in BAS controls systems or relevant education.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Educational background in electronics, computer programming, or mechanical technology.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and service digital control systems.
• Commission controls installation and verify specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers and diagnose control systems.

Skills

Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems

Tridium N4 and AX programming

Distech Controls experience

ASC and programming controller experience

Good verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused

Self-starter

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

BS Degree in engineering technology or equivalent

Diploma or certificate from a two-year community college

5 years of experience in BAS controls systems
