Responsibilities

• Modify controller databases and adjust software configurations as needed
• Assist in front-end server setup, software loading, and system integration tasks
• Support installation teams during startup and commissioning phases
• Maintain strong communication with building owners, contractors, engineers, and internal team members
• Work independently or collaboratively to meet project deadlines and performance targets

This is a hands‑on position focused on controls startup, commissioning, system optimization, and technical troubleshooting. • Location: Nashville, TN (surrounding areas welcome)
• Compensation: $40.00 – $50.00/hr (DOE)

• Travel: Mostly local; occasional short trips to KY/AL (no overnight weekends)
