CM3 Building Solutions is looking for a Controls Specialist to enhance and maintain building automation systems (BAS). The role involves diagnosing various controls systems, overseeing installations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Applicants should possess at least a 2-year degree in Building Automation Systems or HVAC, along with related experience. Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This is a full-time position that involves daily travel to customer sites.
The Controls Specialist is a key employee who performs a variety of duties related to the design, development and improvement of building automation systems (BAS). Responsible to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain BAS, involving trades or contract personnel when necessary to make repairs or adjustments.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position.
Daily travel to customer/prospect sites and occasional travel to main office or vendors for necessary parts while on the job site
