Job summary

Engineered Cooling Services (ECS) is seeking a BAS/Controls Service Sales Executive to grow our service agreements and projects in large commercial facilities, hospitals, universities, and industrial sites. You will act as a trusted advisor, recommending fault-detection and data-driven service programs while expanding the installed base and new markets.

You will spend significant time meeting customers in person, crafting go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with operations and estimating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• Experience selling to end users/owners and data-driven service programs such as fault detection and diagnostics to customers.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in building automation, energy services or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order and profit goals based on your quota for service projects and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting expected order intake.
• Develop understanding of the marketplace, competitors, customers, and decision influencers across the region.
• Develop a vertical market and account management plan for strategic growth in energy, automation, and digital services.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to drive business to end users and channels.
• Consult with customers to understand challenges and recommend services to ensure building systems meet business goals.
• Attend industry networking events and participate in professional organizations to network and represent ECS.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes and with sales estimators for bids.
