Job summary

Pacific Coast Trane is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support Building Automation Systems service operations in Sunnyvale, CA. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage project documentation, and drive budgeting and scheduling to deliver successful projects.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and technicians, and owns project outcomes with urgency and precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC controls/bas environment preferred.
• Familiarity with BAS platforms (Tracer SC/SC+, Niagara, BACnet).
• Knowledge of Trane Control Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project documentation is delivered on schedule.
• Interact with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage projects from booking to closeout with accuracy and ownership.
• Drive budgeting, scheduling, and quality control plans for projects.
• Prepare monthly project billings and participate in reviews.
