You will develop sequences of operation, review submittals, and collaborate with PMs, subcontractors, and suppliers, leveraging BACnet/Modbus to integrate systems. Offering 85k–115k salary plus 10% bonus and full benefits.

• Salary: $85,000–$115,000 + 10% Bonus

Ideal Candidate:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop DDC network architecture, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts
• Create, redline, and update floor plans, system drawings, and schematics
• Write and refine sequences of operation (SOPs) for BAS projects
• Review submittals, prepare RFIs, and support project documentation workflows
• Design, layout, and validate controls graphics and associated content
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers
• Support system integration using BACnet, Modbus, and related communication protocols
