CyberCoders is seeking a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer in Atlanta, GA, to design, configure, and optimize BAS/BMS/SCADA for mission-critical data centers and high-tech facilities.

You will implement automation sequences, integrate protocols like Modbus/BACnet/OPC, and support commissioning with ICONICS dashboards, SQL and VB tools, and field devices in high-availability environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with BAS/BMS/SCADA in building automation or data centers.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, UPS, cooling systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot automation, networking, field devices.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize BMS/BAS/SCADA systems, including sequences of operation, alarms, and ICONICS dashboards.
• Partner with clients to develop automation solutions for critical infrastructure such as generators, UPS, and power distribution equipment.
• Build and maintain automation applications using SQL and VB-based tools, ensuring integration with field devices and control systems.
• Integrate and troubleshoot communication protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, BACnet, OPC, SNMP) during testing, commissioning, and performance optimization.

The team designs and optimizes BAS/BMS and SCADA systems to ensure reliable, 24/7 operations across complex environments. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a BAS Engineer to help engineer, integrate, and enhance building automation and monitoring solutions across high-availability data center environments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, configure, and optimize BMS/BAS/SCADA systems, including sequences of operation, alarms, and ICONICS dashboards to support mission-critical data center environments

What You Need for This Position
