Job summary

The role requires a BS degree, a secret clearance, and manufacturer training for BAS installations. You will work across technical, office, and field environments to optimize system performance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Must be manufacturer-trained and possess training certificates for installed BAS.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, lighting, and energy management integration

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain BAS components and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BAS system issues promptly.
• Analyze and optimize BAS performance.
• Provide manufacturer-specific expertise and maintain certifications.
• Collaborate with other trades and departments to optimize system integration.
• Maintain system documentation and training records.
• Work in technical, office, and field facility environments.
• Ability to work at computer stations and within mechanical/electrical rooms.
